An Ice Cream Churn is the perfect container for a small Christmas Tree! Especially when it aqua-turquoise colored!A small farmhouse kitchen needs a Christmas Tree in an Ice Cream churn bucket. And if the ice cream churn bucket is aqua or turquoise that's even better!

Our kitchen is just like everyone else’s. It’s where we spend the most time during the holidays.

When I found this beautiful aqua/turquoise ice cream churn, I knew what I was going to do with it.

Put a tree in it!ย

I put a bucket inside the bucket to help secure the tree. ย Several limbs were trimmed off the bottom. ย Actually a few too many got cut and I had to just stick them back in. ย There were some funny things said around the tree last night. ย Barry even suggested that he’d buy another tree. These are the moments I should video!

Despite all the drama, the tree ended up looking pretty good ๐Ÿ˜‰

The meals will be a little more festive, thanks to my ice cream churn.

    1. Such a great idea, Debbie! I love your ice cream churn and what a fun and fabulous base for your beautiful tree! You’re always thinking outside of the box! Your ornaments are beautiful, as is the rest of your *holiday* room (love your table centerpiece)! Merry Christmas!

    2. Your tree is lovely, Debbie! Very cute!

I just put up my tree today; we have a fake tree – I always end up being so busy this time of year that I don’t want to have to fuss with looking for a tree and bringing one home, so the fake tree it is. I’m okay with that, though.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

    3. I want to come hang out in your kitchen, Debbie! So festive and orderly — mine is like a bomb went off right now! Too many teenagers and college kids in the midst of finals and Christmas prep! Sigh… Someday I’ll miss it I know. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    4. How pretty is that and how come I never think of things like this? I have two ice cream buckets, but one is now full of snow because I used it outdoors with plants. Pinning that cute tree to remind me next year.

    5. what a fabulous idea and lucky for me i have an ice cream churn almost identical to yours that i morphed into a lamp base in my sunroom….however i could easily remove the “parts” and use it for a tree next year (LOL)!

seriously, it looks great…you get an A+!

    6. Debbie your tree is gorgeous. The colors are beautiful and I love how you shared all the ornaments individually. Perfect if someone wants to duplicate the look. It’s really so pretty!!!!

    7. Debbie, for a split second I had thought about putting a tree in my turquoise ice cream churn that I bought this summer, but since I had a fake tree it wouldn’t fit. Great minds think alike. Love those blue Shiny Brites. I always love the ones with writing on them.
