Easy and delicious grilled chicken salad with homemade croutons. A one bowl meal filled with protein and flavorful veggies.
GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD WITH HOMEMADE CROUTONS
1/2 loaf of French Bread
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 t Garlic Salt
1/2 t Black pepper
1/2 t Oregano
1 T Parmesan Cheese (for croutons)
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (for salads)
1/2 each Red, Yellow, Orange peppers
1 C Grape tomatoes
Slice and cube French bread Heat oven to 350º
Toss cubed french bread in oil, spices and parmesan cheese in a bowl until coated.
Spread french bread out on a sheet pan and bake for 15-20 at 350º.
Slice peppers and marinate in 1/2 c Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing for 15 minutes.
Heat Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken according to directions on package
Add lettuce to the bottom of a bowl, layer peppers, tomatoes, chicken and croutons. Add parmesan cheese and drizzle with dressing.
The croutons are so easy to make and have lots of flavor! I confess to just eating them by the handful! Make a few extra 😉
Heat chicken according to directions on the package.

Layering the veggies on top of the lettuce makes the salad beautiful. Pretty and delicious.
I prepared enough ingredients for 2 large salads. We love enjoying a refreshing salad meal with veggies and chicken.
