DIY Christmas Baby Onesie

You may have heard on November 16, my daughter gave birth to my third grandson. He is the sweetest, cutest baby in my world. A week or two before, she created this diy Christmas baby onesie. We knew he was going to be a boy, but she designed this outfit for either a boy or girl. I can’t wait to see him in it!

Ok, on to the project! We’ve joined a group of talented bloggers and will be sharing Cricut projects once a month. We are so excited!! Be sure to click on the links at the end of the post to see all the projects.

Christmas Baby Onesie

Jenni here with my latest and I think this is the cutest baby onesie! I’m expecting my baby boy in December (*** he came early, actually born November 16***) and can’t wait for him to get here to try this on! This is a great Christmas onesie that would make a great gifts…for baby boys or girls!
Supplies:
I purchased this design from Cricut Design Space and cut it out on my Cricut Explore Air 2, but you can any vinyl cutting machine.  Don’t forget to use the mirror setting on your vinyl cutting machine since you are working with an iron on design.  Plug your iron in and let it start heating to the cotton/linen setting while you are getting everything ready.  After cutting the design you will need to use your weeding tool to weed out all the excess vinyl, leaving behind what you want transferred onto your onesie.  After you have your design weeded you are ready to work on placing the design, I just eyeball the placement.  When you are happy with the placement grab  your preheated iron.  Press down on the design with your iron for approximately 30 seconds then check to see if your design transferred completely your onesie.
