Fruit Pizza

Delicious Fruit Pizza

You’ve probably had one, or after seeing this you’ll want one. It’s a version of the Pampered Chef recipe.

~Fruit Pizza~

16 oz. package of sugar cookie dough

8 oz. cream cheese

1/3 C sugar

1 t vanilla flavoring

4 Cups assorted fruit

Fruit Pizza
Roll out the cookie dough, don’t go all the way to the edge~it’s going to expand ๐Ÿ™‚
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 mins. or until brown.
Cool before adding other ingredients.

Mix softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.

Spread cream cheese mixture on to the cooled cookie.

I used an egg slicer to cut my fruit.

Place fruit on to the pizza, create any design you like~have fun!

I just kept going around in a circle, filled in where needed ๐Ÿ™‚ and ate any excess!

    3. We make fruit pizza several times over summer, and my original recipe was the Pampered Chef one but I have changed it up just a tad over the years.

    9. I tell ya, after having to go gluten free, fruit pizza is one of the things I miss the most,,, I will develop a gluten free version soon though, I can’t live without it to much longer!     10. My granddaughter and I like to make Mini fruit pizzas. We make cookies and do the same. She loves bananas and mandarin oranges on hers. Yummy and soooo much fun! And it’s just her size and easier for her to eat.
