I am ready for something green…

I am ready for something shiny…

I am ready for something fun…

I am ready for something inspiring…

I was ready to take the Christmas decorations down…

I don’t really know why…

I love the holidays…

Β this year just seemed different…

I can’t put it in to words…

but I’m glad it’s a New Year.

    1. What a wonderful quote! I have not seen that before and I think I may have to steal it for something… I also love the layers on your mantel! I have only had a mantel for almost a year and need to find things to decorate it with. I see some nice inspiration here!

    4. Me too. I couldn’t change out my Christmas decor fast enough. I’m going to check out the bookpage flower further. It looks like a cute idea and something I could manage to make! .

    7. I was on vacation and the moment I came back I wanted to take all the Christmas Decorations down. I now have a blank mantel that I am not sure what I want to do so thanks for sharing yours. Love the chalk board idea above the mantel. Happy New Year!
