Hanging on the Wall! Another one of my favorite things.

I think the first I time I saw silver trays hung on a wall was when Genevieve Gorder did it on HGTV.  I don’t have a picture, but I did find these.  I have a small collection of silver trays and I’ve wanted to hang them on the wall for a while.

I think you get the idea!  Here’s what I did:

I used a little bit of everything.

Some are tarnished more than others.

They have been collected over time. And for very little money.

They make the room sparkle.

I’m glad someone came up with this idea.

Would you ever hang your silver on the wall?  I think that’s where mine will stay for a while!

(See y’all soon I’m at my grandson’s birthday party this week!)

    1. I love this but a, wondering exactly how they are hung? I have some pieces from my great grandmother and downt want to do anything too permanent for future use.

    2. I LOVE the silver trays too and tea services!! I have my trays on a shelf over my patio doors, and put a garland in front and twinkle lights just for Christmas, but am going to leave them up there for awhile!! THEN may try hanging some in my newly painted dining room!! You have the neatest ideas, thanks for sharing…. I wanted to let you know that I tried the peppermint bowl this evening and it was a disaster!! Going to try it again though!! Have a great time with your grandson!! I got to see my two little ones today!! Happy New Year!

    3. Love what you have done with your silver! I have also been collecting for several years and since I had so many trays, I have stopped picking them up at Goodwill or wherever. I am going to have to start snagging them again because I really want to try this look in my dining room. I am pinning this one, too!
