Instant Pot Cook Fast

I already have and IP and love it. If I won, I'd give it to my friend who wants one but is on a super tight budget and can't afford it. She would be thrilled!

I need it to help feed my Grands quicker.

I need to twin the Instant pot because it will helpful to cook a meal in it with a simple press of a button and a few minutes of prep time for the food especially on busy week nights.

I am disabled and can't afford to purchase one of these for my family. I used one of these at a friend's home and was amazed at what a difference it made in helping me get dinner made for us one evening. One of the biggest problems I have with my medical disability is that I get tired very easily. This often means that by dinner time I can hardly put one foot in front of the other. I feel really bad when my family ends up eating canned soup and PBJ sandwiches instead of the homecooked roasts and casseroles and other meals that they used to get before I got sick. This appliance would make it so much easier to get nutritious meals on the table quickly and since it does the work for me, It gives me the chance to sit down and rest for a bit between meal prep jobs. I take dinner to my 88 year old father every night. He is a total meat and potatoes man, as in, that's basically ALL he ever eats. I tend to eat meatless about 80% of the time. I think an Instant Pot would make preparing two separate meals most days much much easier.
