White Pumpkins – Wreath Idea

Recycle those orange pumpkins from last year. ย Just a little spray paint works every time!

Glue, tape, wire on some styrofoam and cover with moss.

Spray paint old pumpkins from a Goodwill wreath. I used craft paint for the stem.

Separate your dried materials, you’ll need some for both sides.

Add some fun flat mushrooms.

I used 3 stems of feathers. ย I just can’t enough feathers!

I hung it on my cabinet door, to tweak it.

It’s going to be big on the door, always “Go Big”!

    9. That is one gorgeous wreath! I am definitely stealing some inspiration from you! I think the mushrooms (look like bracket fungi) really make it! I always use a lot of pheasant feathers since I’m from NE and our son likes to hunt them–they just really say “FALL” to me. My door is not as gorgeous as yours, but I think it will still look classy on a dark navy door. Thanks for sharing!

    10. WOW. I love your wreath and I’m heading the Susie Harris’ blog too. Both of you are inspiring me. Do you mind if I ask what phont you used for your house numbers? I saw this on My Sweet Savannah and want to do it too. Love your phont. You can email or stop by my blog to let me know, if you would. Thanks

    12. Wonderful to discover your site thru Sherry’s Open House Party…and just when I thought your wreath could not get any prettier, placing it on your gorgeous richly toned door took it over the top. Happy Fall!

    13. This is probably the most gorgeous wreath I’ve seen in ages! … well at least since Susie’s! She has mad skills doesn’t she? The addition of the dried mushrooms are beautiful and the dark stain of the door sets it all off perfectly! Great job!
