Beverage Center

Home Interior

Free up your counters with a designated beverage center.

Ok, it’s really just a small buffet ;)

For the past several years I’ve painted a lot of furniture.

Little to none for myself.  In the process of thrifting, I have found and kept several good pieces.

I refer to it as trading up.

This piece was in great shape, no repairs needed.

Beverage Center

Beverage CenterThere was really no reason to paint it.  Except that I wanted to and that’s reason enough.

I decided that it was a beverage center, because I couldn’t think of any other reason to add another piece of furniture to the eating area.

Beverage Center

Beverage Center Hardware

The moment I saw this hardware at Hobby Lobby, I knew I had to have it.

Beverage Center

Beverage Center Fruit

This is going to be a fun spot to decorate and  serve from.  A place for the cuties to hang out.

Beverage Center

Raise your hand if you have a beverage center ;)

or if you’ve painted something that didn’t really need it…

just because!

Thanks,

Debbie

I used Maison Blanche Silver Mink and their clear wax on this piece.  I painted it just about where it sits right now, that’s why I love non-toxic water based vintage paint by Maison Blanche!

I love this Debbie! This is giving me some great inspiration for Masters Week. We live in Augusta and are renting our home out for the tournament for the first time this year and I've been thinking about hospitality decorating ideas ~ this beverage center is perfect! I will be sharing this with my friends.

LOVE the silver mink!

Great job Debbie! I have come across several pieces of that size. Maybe I need to stage one as a beverage center... Perhaps it would even sell! Ha ha!

Love the color & the hardware! It turned out beautifully!!

Debbie…that is just too dang fun! It will be a great piece to change up seasonally. And that hardware? yum.

Debbie, This is so cute and I love the hardware! Looks like I'll be making another trip to Hobby Lobby. Thanks so much for your help with my FB page. I appreciate you sending your friends over.

I have one--it's mostly for coffee, but I may find a way to update it for warm weather. If we ever get warm weather. August, maybe?

I love that, and love that it is a beverage station! The cuties don't last long around here, lol, but what a great place to have them.

Debbie

I know, the cuties have already been replenished :)

What a cute makeover Debbie. This is just perfect! I'm afraid if I show it to my wife, she will stop pushing me until I make something similar :) Can you tell me what kind of paint you used for this beverage center?

Debbie

Thanks Tom, I used Maison Blanche Silver Mink.
