PECAN SNOWBALL COOKIES WITH LEMON
Welcome back to this months recipes from The Cooking Housewives. I’m excited to share my Pecan Snowball Cookies with you, and they have a lemony twist! Be sure to check out all the other recipes too! I know there are several that I will be cooking!!
Roll dough in to 1" balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on your oven. Remove from oven and let the cookies rest for 5 minutes or so. Add the 1/2 C of powdered sugar to a bowl and roll cookies in it. Place them back on the rack to cool. After the cookies have cooled, roll them in the powered sugar again.Pecan Snowball Cookies Recipe
