I am a strict vegetarian. This would make cooking beans so much easier and faster. Rice in minutes too.
I take dinner to my 88 year old father every night. He is a total meat and potatoes man, as in, that’s basically ALL he ever eats. I tend to eat meatless about 80% of the time. I think an Instant Pot would make preparing two separate meals most days much much easier.

An Insta Pot would make my whole life easier. I would be able to quickly cook all the healthy foods I like without having to stress out!

Well, I have two reasons and I don’t know which will win in the end:
1) I need a second pot for when my children visit with their families. Two of those families have 7 children apiece! My llittle 6 qt just can’t keep up!
2) Maybe I should give one to one of those DIL’s. It sure would make their busy lives easier. I am actually thinking it might be a Christmas gift for both of them 🙂

I have been wanting to get an instant pot for a while now. With warmer weather approaching, we will be spending a lot more time outdoors with the gardens and family activities and I think this will be a big help with getting meals done plus it won’t cause extra heat in the house.

I always forget about the raw chicken cutlets I keep in the freezer until it’s too close to dinner time – would love to be able to throw it in the instant pot quickly!

I am disabled and can’t afford to purchase one of these for my family. I used one of these at a friend’s home and was amazed at what a difference it made in helping me get dinner made for us one evening. One of the biggest problems I have with my medical disability is that I get tired very easily. This often means that by dinner time I can hardly put one foot in front of the other. I feel really bad when my family ends up eating canned soup and PBJ sandwiches instead of the homecooked roasts and casseroles and other meals that they used to get before I got sick. This appliance would make it so much easier to get nutritious meals on the table quickly and since it does the work for me, It gives me the chance to sit down and rest for a bit between meal prep jobs.
