Simple.Falling.Leaves
Not really a theme, but a subtle hint.
The colors of fall!
Hydrangeas bleached by the summer sun,
No matter their color, I love them.
Feathers!
Makes me wish for cooler days, so I can have apple cider and not sweat.
What do you decorate with?
Tweaked a little.
A little more.
Put a bird on it and a faux Juju hat.
Added a few white pumpkins, that’s all for now.
Happy.Fall.Y’all!

love the decor! I like to use natural elements for each season!
Love the falling leaves and the vase! Love the wrought iron piece, too. Am I crazy, or does it look like a price tag on the bird’s head? ๐ Just thought I would mention that I get a pop up from Trend Micro (for mac) that is blocking a site linked to your blog called: http://theplaidbarn.go2cloud.org as a dangerous website.
What a lovely mantel and hearth. So beautiful!
Your mantel looks amazing! I love the wrought iron and feathers! Very elegant!

What a beautiful arrangement, Debbie! I love the understated elegance of it all…especially the cascading orange leaves.
Why don’t you come on over to my place and share your lovely vignette for Time Travel Thursday. The current link is up until Monday night. And then you could come back by on Wednesday and link another project. ๐

This looks so pretty. I love everything about Fall!
What a lovely scene!
what a great look
GORGEOUS!! I love EVERYTHING about your mantel!
I LOVE your mantel Debbie, so pretty. I am still tweaking mine, it takes me a while before I am finally happy with it. I have to keep this stupid clock in the middle that my hubs will not let me move. The one year I moved it and the leg broke, oops, that was the last of moving it.
Your mantel is gorgeous! I just bought a package of faux leaves the other day and plan on making a little wreath and a garland with them. The colors of Fall are soo beautiful. Lovely job. = )

Love those falling leaves,…makes me so ready for fall. Lovely.
Your fall mantle looks wonderful. Oh, I am with ya on the apple cider. I actually have some mulling spice left from last year that I got in the mountains, cannot wait to have some!
What a wonderful fall display! Love the falling leaves concept. I need to pull out all my decorations this weekend.
I love this fall look! It is so cozy, warm and inviting without SCREAMING fall at me. I agree with Vanessa – I think there will be copycat versions popping up all over. Matter of fact – I’m going to pin your idea. Take care. Great job!
Love your Fall decor! Puts me in the mood to decorate. Happy Fall!

Cute! My favorite part is the urn with the branches. I like the bittersweet and the feathers. I’m looking to find some bittersweet myself. ๐
What an imaginative vignette. You’re so artistic.
Debbie, you are amazing!! I absolutely love your falling leaves and think you are so clever! I’m pretty sure you just started a new trend and copy-cat versions will be popping up all over the place. I love your fall mantel and once again, you’ve inspired me to try something new and think outside of the box! ๐
