    1. It’s gorgeous! I wish I didn’t have our glass storm door along with our main door. I’d love to have something like this on ours!

    4. I bet the deer would eat those flowers right off my front door if I tried that! So pretty and pansies are an all time fav. You always have the best dressed front door!

    6. I love this! It’s beautiful. I buy fresh flowers for the house every couple of weeks. Of course they don’t last either, so why not use bedding plants on the door. I am going to try this for spring and summer..
Thanks so much for the inspiration.

      • P.S. I don’t know if you are a gardener….but if not…your pansies will look good longer if you pinch off the spent blossoms….it’s a daily 2 minute task. And it will prove why gardeners have green thumbs. (Or fingers – teehee!)

    10. Ack! I LOVE it! So springy and sweet! I have a question for you, how do you keep the metal basket from banging against the door when people go in and out? I’ve tried hanging things like this on the door before but it always makes such a racket and bangs my door up when it is opened and shut…probably cause I have a million teens running through it slamming it. Any suggestions of something to hold the bottom part to the door?

    12. I think my front door is due for a makeover this spring. Don’t know if I will do fresh flowers (mine would make it much less than their life expectancy due to lack of green thumb) but I can find a good compromise.

Last week I pinned the edible nests and not 10 seconds later they were heading out to others in all directions.

    13. So spring I love it! I have a storm door that I am not a fan of but it really helps keep the cold air out since our original door is still our front door. Hopefully I can put together a cute spring wreath for the door.
