Chalk Couture Holiday Home 2026 Collection Preview

I got an early look at the Chalk Couture Holiday Home 2026 collection, and my Christmas project list grew with every new design. This release includes transfers, heat transfers, boards, fabric surfaces, cards, and plenty of classic holiday characters. I can already picture handmade gifts, pillows, signs, tags, and gingerbread projects all over my craft room.

My Chalk Couture Holiday Home Favorites

The collection has a wonderful mix of traditional Christmas designs and playful characters. Reindeer Feed immediately caught my eye because it would be adorable on a gift bag, fabric bag, or sign. The Winter Delivery heat transfer features a snowman, while Poinsettia Perfection brings in a more classic holiday look.

One of my favorite details in Poinsettia Perfection is the open space between parts of the design. That space gives you room to add a Christmas greeting or mix in words from another collection. I love combining designs because it lets me make something that feels more personal.

The collection also includes festive baking designs, sweet Christmas cookies, Santa scenes, a Christmas cow, and a deer with lights in its antlers. Choosing one favorite may take me a while.

Christmas Baking Transfers and Gingerbread Ideas

You know I love gingerbread, so the baking designs went straight to the top of my list. Bake the World is sized to work on the bamboo board or the new Basics Board 9 by 12. It would make a cute kitchen sign, especially displayed near a Christmas baking station.

Classic Christmas Cookies includes several shapes such as a bell, bird, candy cane, train, and snowflake. I want to use these with air dry clay to make cookie inspired decorations. They would also work on paper gift tags, cards, packages, and small handmade gifts.

The Baking Spirits Bright design features milk, cookies, and a gingerbread man. In the launch details I shared, this design was offered as a free gift with a qualifying $125 order. I also explained that each qualifying order received one, so anyone wanting more than one needed to place separate qualifying orders.

These baking designs would be especially cute paired with an actual baked gift. A small sign, handmade tag, or decorated card could turn a simple plate of cookies into a thoughtful Christmas present.

Heat Transfers for Fabric and Gifts

The heat transfers give me so many options for fabric projects. The collection showed designs on wine bags, towels, pillow covers, cards, and painted tags. Individual elements can be cut apart, which makes it easier to choose the right character or scene for a smaller project.

I like painting tags and applying heat transfers to the finished surface. It creates a polished gift tag without requiring a large project. The drawstring wine bag is another useful surface for holiday gifts, and you can decorate it with heat transfers or regular transfers.

For a larger fabric project, Trees Please looked beautiful chalked in white on a green pillow cover. I would apply half of the design, clean my transfer, and then complete the remaining half. Cleaning between sections is especially helpful when I’m working on fabric.

The Candy Cane Ticking Stripe looked lovely on a red pillow. You can use the complete Christmas design, or leave off the candy canes and make a striped pillow that works beyond the holidays.

Festive Characters and Whimsical Winter

Festive Faces includes small holiday characters that fit the new chubby surfaces. The eight inch by five inch chubby triangle is especially versatile. I can use that shape for a Christmas tree or gnome, and later turn the same surface into candy corn for fall.

The Whimsical Winter pattern includes Santa, a snowman, a penguin, and an elf. The process is simple. Cut the elements apart, place one on the surface, apply paste, and peel the transfer away to reveal the design.

I also shared an idea for making stuffed paper characters. You can chalk a character on a brown or white paper bag, cut it out, glue the edges, and add stuffing. The finished pieces would be cute tucked into a dough bowl with greenery and other Christmas decorations.

Large Christmas Signs and Door Decor

Several larger transfers would make beautiful statement pieces. The poinsettia wreath design was shown on a 16 inch round tray, and the transfer itself measured 18 by 18. It already has a distressed look, so I could use it without sanding the finished design.

Home for the Holidays is another 18 by 18 option. It was shown on a round surface with a little wreath and topiary details near the door. You could use the complete design on a door round, tray, pillow, or the large Basics Board.

The 18 by 18 Basics Board is white on one side and unfinished on the other. I would paint the unfinished side and use both surfaces, which gives me two decorating options from one board.

More Christmas Projects From the Collection

The Christmas Cow may become one of the most popular designs in this release. The deer with lights in its antlers is another fun choice for a towel, and the snowman has a snowy background with sweet little stick arms.

For a traditional look, the Christmas Scenes heat transfers include Santa by the fireplace with a Christmas tree. The designs come on two sheets and can be separated, so I want to find frames that fit the individual scenes.

The Holly Berry pattern is an 11 by 17 heat transfer with one sheet in each package. The sample pillow used two sheets, which is helpful to remember when planning a repeated pattern.

I also loved the nine by 12 spiral notebook shown with Trees Please. It could hold Christmas lists, or I could decorate it and give it as a gift. Adding a personal note on the final page would make it even more special.

The Frosted Font gives the collection an option that works beyond Christmas. I can spell out holiday words, birthday messages, or names and create reusable banners and signs. With all these designs available to mix and match, my biggest challenge will be deciding which project to start first.
