This Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe is the one we grew up eating! You can easily substitute fresh peaches if you want!
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Self Rising Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring (optional)
- Large Can Peaches
- Pour all the dry ingredients in to a large bowl, stir. Mix milk, melted butter and vanilla flavoring together. Mix wet ingredient with dry. Add peaches.
- Bake in a 9×13 well greased pan.
- Cook at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
I melt the butter and mix with the milk and flavoring. Some people cut up the butter on top of the recipe after it’s added to the baking dish. And others melt the butter in the baking dish and add the mixture to the top. My version has a buttery taste in every bite 🙂
I used 2 regulars cans, because they were already cut up.
Vanilla flavoring is optional, but always a great flavor!
You may have a few lumps, but that’s ok!I had to add a smidgen of vanilla ice cream to top it off!
To die for! I love all things peaches..yum Deb.
