I had just finished painting a table and chair set.
Thinking about how quick the year has gone. September here already?!
Am I going to dig out the plastic bins filled with fall decor?
I walked past my spent hydrangeas and wished that I’d cut more flowers to dry.
I remembered these orange napkins and thought they make cute faux pumpkins.
Silverware from my thrifting trip with the girls 🙂
and last year or the year before salad plates from Walmart.
Fall is looking fresh on my table and I like it.
What colors are you decorating with?
I love the green hydrangeas so much, I’m sure you will see them somewhere else…
like on the mantel.
I’m not digging out those plastic bins, I’m going with this.
What do you think?
be.refreshed.

I know exactly what you mean. I started Halloween decorating and simply quit. I am not going to finish either. Your table is fresh which is appropriate given your moniker. Visiting from Kristin’s, Olive
I absolutely LOVE your tablescape! I shared it over on my blog today. I would love for you to stop by sometime. Thanks for being such an inspiration!

Good Friday morning to you! I came over from Debbie Doo’s blog. Love what I have seen so far! I had to laugh when I came upon your basket post. I am also a complete basket case! I pick them up everywhere I go. I love to prowl around in thrift shops and antique stores! I am also 52. I will be coming back soon, and often!
Hugs,.
Kris

I think this is perfectly Fall fresh! I completely get the look you were going for here and you nailed it!

Debbie, your table looks very inviting! Wish I had hydrangeas, too! Those are perfect for your tablescape! Helen
i think it is just beautiful! no plastic bins!
Why dig out the bins when you got the look without lugging them. Makes me want to get some green apples to decorate with, and hydrangeas.

So fresh and zingy! Loving your spin on Fall. It’s transition time, what a great way to go from Summer to the next season 🙂
Debbie, it’s so you! Refreshed and Restyled!
Very pretty! Love the apple green!
Looking beautiful Debbie!! Love the hydrangeas! I’m decorating with yellow & aqua this year! Still working on it!! We’ll see how it turns out!
i love the hydrangeas- they are beautiful!
Temperatures are still in the triple digits around here, so I’m not thinking about fall yet! But, I was in Marshall’s today at lunch-time, and saw a gorgeous ceramic pumpkin done in white and a tarnished silver type color, and so I think I might go with that as my fall color scheme.
I like your fall decor – the concession to fall with the pop of orange, without going overboard. Perfect!
