    2. Hi Debbie! Happy Friday! I have been a follower of your blog for quite some time; I continue to find every post informative, fun and extremely creative. I think today’s post is quite inspiring. I have 2 cabinets full of mason jars my father-in-law gave to me when my sweet mother-in-law passed away a few years ago. I did (what I thought) were some really fun things with them. I’ve never been much of a trend follower, but I’ve read in a number of blogs and magazines that mason jars are, as they put it, “SO YESTERDAY”! Yet, I continue to see mason jars featured on Pinterest, television decorating shows and on many blogs.
Has it become the new “chic snob” to suddenly say mason jars are so passe’? Have you been aware of this kind of opinion or idea circulating around? I love your sense of style and therefore place the weight of your opinion above others. If you have a minute, I would love to know your thoughts. Many thanks!

      • Hi Judy,

Mason jars are nostalgic, while some say trendy, they have been around since 1880’s. I’m sure their popularity will come and go but they will and have always been a favorite of mine. I don’t know about the “chic snob” but I’m keeping them around! No trend following here!

        Debbie
