It doesn’t take much to make a pretty arrangement.
Are you getting ready for Christmas?
It seems like time really flies this time of the year!
I had all the ingredients, except the candles. I have found that growing asparagus ferns and ivy comes in really handy. I love that my knock out roses are still blooming too!
Goodwill Dessert Dish gets refreshed!
From a lonely life on the shelf at Goodwill to the Christmas table. I bet you’ve seen these and just walked on by. Thinking, why would I want just a few dessert dishes. It’s not a set, I don’t need that. But what a wonderful item to create a low profile arrangement!
You can always use seasonal faux flowers.
Make and use several, if you have a long table.
I used the same ribbon around the glass and napkin. The ribbon conceals the floral foam. (I love polka dots!)
On to the next project! I only wish that I had a personal shopper. I’d much rather be playing with flowers than Christmas shopping!

November 21, 2011 at 9:27 amPretty table setting! I haven’t given a moment’s thought to Christmas decorating yet – I’ve been dealing with the flurry of my recent 50th birthday, and now out of state visitors here for Thanksgiving. I will start thinking about Christmas next weekend. I am enjoying seeing the inspiration on blogs that I read 🙂
