High Top Table and don’t forget the chairs makeover!
It’s not new, it’s not old, it’s nothing really special.
I ordered this set from Walmart. It’s great set, I just wanted to give it a little makeover, a little cottage look.
We replaced the hightop with this:
I just thought if I painted it with Annie Sloan Old White Chalk Paint, it would sell faster than leaving it brown.
I distressed the chairs more than the table top.
On the top I really just concentrated on the edge, where someone would be sitting.
The weather has been so nice, I love it when I can work outside.
Someone is already enjoying meals at the table.
I would love to see it’s new home ๐
Have you painted anything lately?

I have this same table! Paid $20 for the set at a yard sale. It will more than likely be painted white before much longer. Love how fresh and new it looks!
You will love it painted! Thanks for stopping by Beverly ๐
Don’t you love when the weather cooperates? Nothing like spending a day painting outside. I love the way this one turned out! Great job! ๐
I painted out in my driveway all last weekend and it was wonderful! Love the Old White, Debbie ~ have a super weekend!

These turned out lovely! So bright and airy!
Love what you replaced it with! And, the white really gave it a new look! I recently painted a headboard and mirror for our master and MAN! OH MAN! Do I love it! (still working on the post for it:))
What a great idea to paint it before selling it. Sometime people don’t have a vision, so you were kind enough to show what the table could have been ๐
That turned out great, Debbie! It really gives it a fresh, new look. But I LOVE that table you replaced it with! OOoooooo! It’s fantastic!!! Lucky girl!
