Hi Emily, I just found your blog today. What a beautiful family you have! Even though I’m past my child raising years and am now enjoying my 4 young grandchildren, I identified so much with many of your posts. First…this desk is fabulous! I love the very different and interesting way you re-finished it, how creative. Secondly, I was born and raised in St. Louis and I LOVE the city. Even though I’ve been a resident of Columbia, Missouri for many years, I still call St. Louis home. My parents, one of my sisters and my son live in St. Louis, so I still get to go “home” a lot. My husband and I are HUGE St. Louis Cardinal fans, just like you. Your blog is so interesting, I’m so happy to have found a little piece of home!
