For the dining room, I decided to use a center piece that would work all season.
I wrapped a branch with an artificial floral.
Placed a little bird on one of the limbs.
Turned a dessert cup upside down, added some moss creating a little nest.
Used burlap for the runner.
It looks all fresh and springy.
The weather has been wonderful.
This may be my
time of the year 🙂

That is such a wonderful creation! Very natural and very refreshing. Gives the feeling of outdoor dining experience. Good job! 🙂
Very pretty, Debbie!
Oh Debbie, that is so pretty! I love the branch!
I love the way it sits along the table and is so open and airy. It really says SPRING!
Love how it looks! So pretty and fresh and Springy! Toss in a bird a nest and burlap and you’ve created a winning combo …
Love this idea…I once did one in a vase, and was not too crazy about it. I like it on the table naturally. Enjoy the weekend Freshie!
Birds are on my list today – the naughty one. I was outside and a flock of lost seagulls flew over. Considering I’m 2,000 miles from the ocean I don’t know where they were going or coming from. Anyway, one of the little [email protected]$s pooped on me.
LOL – I just picked a long branch up out of my yard and thought “hmmm, this would make an awesome centerpiece”!! Well now I totally have to copy you, girl! Love the way yours turned out — inspired!
Oh my goodness! So fresh and Springy! I need to find a branch now…all of mine are already covered with leaves…not complaining! Spring has definitely sprung!

Debbie that is just unbelievably beautiful! You have such a gift for putting things together and that little birdie in the “nest” is the perfect finishing touch! 🙂
What a great idea Debbie! That looks so pretty!!
Oh Debbie! That is soooooo cute. I really love it. That branch is perfect. I saw the picture popping up and I said; “oooohhhhh I LIKE that!”. Outloud 😉 hehe
I love this!! I have had a huge branch sitting on my patio since it feel off a tree months ago (it’s about 15 feet long!!)! I have all kinds of ideas swirling about what to do with it but can’t make a decision. The Hubs is after me to trash it but I won’t let him. This would be perfect (well, at least I’d use part of the branch – what to do with the rest)!!
So fresh, fun and springy. Pinning!
Heaven, that piece of wood as the piece is great!!!
